What's the software story expected to be like with these desktop Qualcomm chips? Any chance of official Linux support, or are we just getting Windows drivers and maybe semi-working reverse engineered Linux support years down the line?
For example:
https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=37431710 ("Linux on the Arm-Based ThinkPad X13S: Getting There")
(To prevent rumors, I’ve never seen them mention arm support before… maybe someday)
AKA still garbage.
But the proof will be when it actually happens.
