Eli Lilly has made a lot of fuss about it's direct to consumer service, but IIRC it was basically an online prescription farm and a bit less... direct to consumer.
That said, great to have these drugs be more available period -- manufacturing is going to have to keep up with a lot of demand as research uncovers more benefits of GLP1 RAs.
