This article starts with a fairly gloomy look at the current market, which I have found to be the opposite. IT Salaries are up 5 - 10% since before covid. We were the lucky ones that got to work remotely, all the way through the lockdowns. Everyone I know is working and agents are having to headhunt people to fill jobs. I have never been happier and more in demand... Am I deluding myself??
