How to Tackle Truth Decay

Truth costs.

One way of really denting the "Don't look up" crowd is to make sure experts are not for sale. Being an expert and sticking to your guns doesn't pay well. Sometimes it's a "career suicide" move to stand by the truth. We shouldn't have to appear at conferences sponsored by special interests, toe the party line for universities and grant funding bodies, or be "on message" for those that underwrite our expert status.
