Show HN: Synmetrix – Open-Source Platform for Data and Metrics Management

Hey HN community,

We're excited to introduce Synmetrix (formerly known as MLCraft), an open-source platform designed to revolutionize the way you manage, model, and visualize metrics data at scale. Synmetrix offers a comprehensive solution for data engineering challenges, providing tools for seamless data integration, transformation, aggregation, and distribution.

Key Features:

    • Data Modeling: Define metrics and dimensions using SQL, creating a unified, semantic layer that simplifies data analysis.
    • Integration: Easily connect with various data sources, ensuring flexibility and scalability in handling data.
    • Transformation & Aggregation: Transform raw data into actionable insights with powerful aggregation capabilities.
    • Metrics Management: Centralize your metrics in one platform, making it easier to monitor and manage data across your organization.
    • Scalable Distribution: Distribute processed data to BI tools or any other consumer via a SQL API, supporting real-time analytics.

Whether you're a data engineer looking to streamline your workflow, a business analyst in need of a robust reporting framework, or a product manager seeking better insights into user behavior, Synmetrix has something to offer.

We built Synmetrix to address the complexities of managing vast amounts of metrics data, making it accessible and actionable for decision-makers. Our goal is to democratize data analytics, allowing teams of all sizes to harness the power of their data.
