Just a warning: there are differences in the output from UPSes with the cheaper ones' output not working well with higher efficiency power supplies. Better UPSes will output less 'jagged' AC.

If you do you shopping around getting clear sine output does not increase the price usually, or maybe a few percent.

Yeah, I ran into this once. You want to find ones that state they have true sine wave output.
