The data is in: WFH is better for some companies/people and worse for others.

Debating that one is objectively better than the other is silly.

Imho it's not silly.

You have to look at the impact it has on aggregate. WFH is going to prevail in the medium to long term. It's inevitable.

I disagree. Looking at the aggregate data doesn’t give you much insight into whether a specific company would be better off in person or remote or hybrid.

Every company is different.
