The world needs to accelerate solar and wind, and use oil to do that. And oil needs to peak. It'll have to work out that way, because the vast majority of the USA is experiencing what climate change really means with the massive fires in the warm months and the ever descending polar vortex in the winter. Things will shift faster and faster as people can't breathe and or freeze.
