I want to know how these people think because this seems so dystopian.
I wonder how long it takes for some national state actor to break these services and convince the users to engage in violence?
I wonder if we could create a LLM based on Vincent Bugliosi and convince a jury that the AI boyfriend should be sentenced to jail.
What would that consist of? Pulling the plug for a life sentence? Not allowing them to access the open web? Putting in a lower quality GPU to impair it?

It is. I imagine the motivation is the same as the motivation of all those companies in silicon valley that produce equally dystopian things, though: money.
