While tools like Discord and Discourse are fantastic for fostering connections around shared interests, they often create isolated communities disconnected from the core SaaS product experience. (Just look at Discord, the website says, paraphrased: It's a place for people to hangout with their friends!).

The accessibility of these platforms is undeniable – anyone can set up a server and start engaging their users. But as companies scale, managing these communities becomes a challenge. We lack insights into user journeys within the platform, and there's no way to connect user conversations to their actual product interactions.
