Is this a fantasy-experiment about "what would it be like if the idea of a 'tech bro' had existed in the '90s", or is this person actually under the impression that such people existed? I can't really tell.
Perhaps they did exist - somewhere! - but I sure didn't know of any... the term confused me when it first came to use, since bro culture and tech culture felt entirely disjoint.
