It’s kind of ironic that the Supreme Court keeps declaring parts of the government as unconstitutional, when its own powers are not defined in the constitution. Edit: when the power of Judicial Review (to declare a law unconstitutional) was not defined in the constitution. It was a result of Hylton v United States in 1796 and Marbury v Madison in 1803

A bit more context... Trader Joe's is owned by the same "family wealth office"/trust that also owns Germany's Aldi Nord, who have been accused of union busting [1] both in the recent past as well as years prior [2]. Aldi Süd, owned by a different branch of the Albrecht family, had a unionization meeting two years ago escalated so far that police had to be called [3].

It is absolutely zero surprise for me that this kind of behavior passed onto the USA. Can't accrue billions of wealth after all when unions annoy you.
