A Judge in India Prevented Americans from Seeing a Blockbuster Report

Reality: The Report was published on the Reuters site (and widely linked) on Nov. 16th. The "blockbuster" (some obscure firm is doing hacking for hire, internationally, including low-end political targets) was maybe 5 milliSnowdens. ~Nobody got all that excited, for there to be Major Consequences.

On Dec. 4th, it was taken down per the orders of a judge in India. Again, ~nobody got all that excited, for there to be Major Consequences.

Yes, there is (credibly) a lot of sh*tty stuff going on here. But the headline is miserably misleading click-bait. Americans had plenty of chance to see the report, and 99.9% of them didn't care.

So does anyone happen to have this report anywhere online that it can be linked to and accessed. I would like to have access.
