There are unusual aspects to these events:

- Women generally don't murder people

- Women don't typically murder people violently

- Fleeing to a locale where many people look similar to them was crafty

- Changing one's appearance surgically (although the most effective way to change appearance is to alter the nose and cheek structure around the nose)

- She's no chess player having failed to think it through and ran out of money

It's also unsurprising that it happened in Austin because it draws a sort of reckless, narcissistic entitlement.
