Uncensored hateful content after Hamas attack uncovered on Chinese social media

Besides using a Muslim state as vassal, proxy or for carrying out attacks with plausible deniability, I don’t understand the moral outrage from Chinese against this as they’re normally not taking moral positions on things happening outside China that don’t involve Chinese, which seemed to reflect an awareness of their own historical transgressions and a desire to avoid labels of hypocrisy… but maybe that’s changing now as they craft a more bullish moral position to bolster support for a future war?
The implicit identification with a victim identity here I think is noteworthy and highlights strategies they may use in future to craft their war narrative: they are not the aggressor, they are the much abused victim thereby justified in taking any violent action and pretending its righteous. Powerful and traditional wartime mobilization and recruitment psychological strategy.
Troubling if true, but maybe just CNN bias.
