How to Fight Phone Addiction?

I'm using android phone I'm trying to fight phone addiction but I deleted all social media apps. But I still find other ways to kill time on it. I'm thinking the only way to fight is to use dumb phone but then I would need to get alternatives to navigation apps for car (that would be any navigation device) digital signature is made using application on my phone (I can get hardware signature devices to use it only on pc) or maybe there is other ways to limit my phone usage like getting a time lock box?
