Elon Musk warns Tesla workers they'll be sleeping on the production line

It is insane to watch Musk, who has made billions of dollars from Tesla, equate himself sleeping under his desk to production line employees sleeping on the floor after 12 hours shifts.

I get that they have no laws in Texas but I think California could probably shut them down for providing illegal non compliant housing. Also a fired employee could challenge his firing under tenant protection laws… opening the door all sorts of stupid things.

Yeah, what you really want when buying a car is the assurance that the QA inspector spent the night sleeping in a factory.

"I am confident that once it gets going, it will be head and shoulders above any other manufacturing technology that exists anywhere in the world. It's next level," he added.

'I am confident' is what Musk says to sell people on something he wants them to believe although he doesn't believe it.

Hell I made a word salad out of this. Let's try again: He's lying and he knows it.
