Need help to restore Yahoo India account

The yahoo india account is the main business account running for past 15yrs in the family and getting active communication from customers. The account was recently hacked and when reported on x.com, the account was suspended but it can't be accessed now. There is no way to get help esp because this is a Indian account and the support in India isn't there. Paid support is from US and a few other geographies only. Any inputs here would be immensely helpful
