I remember some TED guy talked about consciousness being basic substance around us, and the brain just concentrates them to make it significant.

That's the theory of Panpsychism.

There’s so much nonsense on the TED stage. They even allowed Graham Hancock.

I think they created a brand and now you can just pay, get up on stage and say whatever you want.
