Sounds nice, but in many ways corporations are sock puppets for their executives. At best, you'll have to close every loophole the tax code to actually make the idea work. Vs. if the exec's can still stuff their own pockets with money shuffled through an Irish subsidiary, then a shell company in some tax haven, then, a bizarre financial instrument crafted for that purpose ... then they'll do exactly that.
