How to Eat a Big Burger

Where I'm from there's a famous local dish called "xis" (from "cheese" as a short for cheeseburger). It's got most of what you'd find in a burger: a patty (or alternative), lettuce, tomatoes, sauces, mayonnaise and whatever else makes into each choice of xis.
It's usually made in wide bread and after assembled, pressed in a big sandwich maker. It's sometimes served in a small plastic bag about the size of the actual sandwich which you can use to stay relatively clean (hands are usually greasy either way) and catch all the trimmings and sauce that falls down so you can even eat it on the go.
Because it's pressed, it can always fit in an open mouth without having to dislocate your jaw.
It's glorious, though my >40 organs don't always agree with it any longer. :D
Some pictures (ignore the ones that aren't pressed - those are just wrong): https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=xis+ga%C3%BAcho&iax=images&...
Some places make ridiculously large versions of them (xis calota) which are usually served in quarters or slices (like pizza): https://duckduckgo.com/?q=xis+calota&t=ffab&iar=images&iax=i...
Obs: "calota" is the Portuguese word for a car wheel trim.
