I dunno.
Which one pays better?
Which one will you learn more at?
Which one will you have more fun at?
Which one has the better commute?
Etc.

Which one will you learn more at? Probably switching to a new company will give me a opportunity to work on a new tech stack and more learning.
Which one will you have more fun at? It's been 2 yrs here at low-code and working is actually fun. It's a startup of 40 people so I mostly work with TL and founder and if I switch to PG then I will have to work with managers. They have around 1k employees.
Which one has the better commute? The low-code one is daily work from office and the PG is hybrid (3 days office)
