How to Be a Good Tech Lead

As much as I hate to admit it (especially because I'm not a tech lead), these are good principles, but implementing them is not always straightforward.

You should probably strive to empower your team and provide support for individual growth, but actually doing that can be hard, especially when the "support resources" (training budget, tech lead time,...) are limited.
