Second: the discovery is disputed. Replication attempts failed. Ozone is a big contaminant at those sizes (very high surface/volume ratio), amplified by the nebulization tech to get such fine mist. The Zare team was forced to track and get rid of any ozone contamination by the research of another team, and the levels of peroxyde they themselves measured in their droplets fell by two orders of magnitude (!) compared to their initial paper. Zare & co still try to defend the outlandish claims outlined in their initial paper and communication, but the bubble clearly popped.
