Ask HN: Why hasn't "Letterboxd for internet content" emerged?

I want something like IMDb or Letterboxd but for blogs, podcasts, and videos. I want to know: what are the "top articles Paul Graham read this week", what are the "top podcasts Sam Hinkie listened to this week"? Is anyone working on this?
