How the Post Office's Horizon system failed: a technical breakdown

It's a shame that it took a TV drama to make this important politically. The people responsible for this sent people to jail, destroyed their lives, extorted money from them and sent them bankrupt, and it did it to hundreds of people.

The people responsible should be in jail

“It had bugs”. “Here’s two examples.”

Fairly basic article but more technical than most I’ve seen.

I also posted this link. Its of course not really that technical but its the most succinct link I could find with a quick Google search.

If anyone else has some more details please shout.

Yeah I was excited by the headline only to find it quite sparse. And saying things like “hundreds of bugs” probably misrepresents things.
