Photo of the loosened bolts found on a United B737 Max 9

Edit: Interestingly, these are also not wire twisted. I wonder if that contributed to the problem. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can chime in on that. I thought all threaded fasteners needed to have safety wire twists on airplanes.
