Ask HN: Does anyone use Ryzen 7040 series for AI workloads?

And if so what you're running on it and what is its performance?

Don't want to throw multiple kUSD just for running llama and stable diffusion at reasonable speeds and I'm wondering how much reasonable in this field is AMD Ryzen 7040 (7940HS, 7840U etc) or upcoming 8700G.

Currently using 5700U with 64GB of ram and it runs everything, but it is pretty slow on 34GB llama or stable diffusion (512x512 image with 24 iterations takes about 3-4 minutes)
