Absolutely. My family all works in tech and we don't say anything about the Israel/Gaza war. Any time you say something that isn't unequivocally pro Israel you are opening up a can of worms. It's not worth losing your job.

So true because if we do then we shunned by the islamophobic peers who always cite examples of a Muslims from an unstable remote region and of course the terrorist attacks.

companies pay you for a job and they are not interested in seeing religious or political talk at the work place. sorry but you are paid to WORK and workplace only WORK should happen there. religion, politics, sex, anything that is not WORK has nothing to do there : keep that for after-work, having a drink with friends or relatives or whatever.
