If you're migrating from sentry to self hosting, you might as well just self host Sentry itself no? I've never tried myself, but it seems relatively straightforward: https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/
Have not tried myself but heard from multiple folks that self hosting sentry is not easy
i've been doing it for years with zero issues, took like 10 minutes to set up
I've seen it self-hosted too, worked fine with little to no maintenance.
