Honestly it sounds like he is putting a lot of stress on himself and I'm not sure that helps to stay young at all. He doesn't look young but at least he dresses younger which I guess is something.

That stress is reduced a lot if you're rich and don't have to worry about things like getting the kids to school on time and paying the bills though.

There's ways to check stress levels and optimise for them, which is what he's done.
