Work on the other sources of greenhouse gases, ie transport, construction, industry, agriculture etc. Many of which will depend on clean electricity in order to decarbonize successfully.
Improve infrastructure, make humanity more resilient.
And massively invest in research to find realistic ways to improve the situation (aka not the current concept of carbon capture)
We switch sectors that still burn fossil fuels to use electricity or hydrogen instead.

Can you name some bailouts to green companies so far? I've never heard of that.
If you blur the lines between 'bailout' and 'wouldn't exist without subsidies' there are plenty of green subsidies that you could call a bail-out.
