Per the article, it's targeted to the synthetic dye. The dye is already in common use to target cancer cells for imaging. So yes.

They've also cured some mice with it already, so it has to be reasonably well targeted...

They've quoted a kill rate, but that's neither sensitivity nor specificity. Sounds much better than general chemotherapy. Hope it stays selective in vivo. The light-triggered aspect seems promising.

Disagree. A "humour" tag could be required and those who are too serious to enjoy a range of tastes of humour could then toggle to not show "humour' tagged comments. E.g. Humour can be a very powerful way to make a sharp point.
