Lets see, is this a commodity or a security? Did this company sell unregistered securities to unwitting buyers?
Thats supposed to be the job of the FTC, not to push an ideological agenda.
I’d rather they lose the cases then not take them at all. The ftc has been asleep at the wheel so obviously they aren’t just going to wake up and become competent overnight
A cynic might say the Biden administration precisely achieved its goal. Appoint someone progressive with the right optics who has zero experience getting things done or governing in a larger organization. Gets nothing done. Corporate donors are happy.
