5% of 10% loss. Unless it's bad reporting, and it means regain 5 of the lost 10 percentage points. If it's the literal meaning, it's a tiny incremental improvement.

Or, just use gallium instead of boron as the dopant so it doesn't suffer from light-induced degradation.
