I'm getting an error logging in with admin/123.

It's not clear to me what this is? Vector DB for RAG? A wikibase/golden-like thing?

The https://ai.casbin.com/ endpoint only speaks chinese

Edit: The "who is using" block is misleading as that list of companies is who is supposedly using the different "casbin" library. And I have no idea what connects these two libraries

yeah this is relatively bizarre, I can't figure it out either

You can ask it to switch to English and it will.

That didn't seem to do anything.

can you write in english ?

What is a Langchain like Vector db? Langchain is not a vector db?

Is it just me or is it kinda weird that a org mostly known for its AuthZ libraries is branching out into seemingly unrelated areas?

Trying to get funding and exposure by jumping on the AI bandwagon doesn't seem weird to me. Much like during the peak of the dot-com bubble, companies and orgs are shifting towards generative AI, whether it's related to their core business/competencies or not.

I'll go further and say we're all nerds here... Generative AI is incredibly fun to work on because it feels like charting unknown territory instead of just making Another CRUD Web App.

But what value is there in association with a totally unrelated library? Why would they share a name and logo?

Yeah, the flip side of this is that a lot of projects and companies are suddenly abandoning their roadmap and alienating their userbase, who in some cases have invested into the project in one way or another. And this often comes with gaslighting.

I'm seeing this a lot in my professional work and I think it's wrong. It's one thing for an engineer to want to switch jobs, it's another for a company to hoodwink its users.

i was looking for something like this. thanks!
