Ask HN: Good book on recent break throughs in Genetics?

I have been hearing alot of high praise concerning recent breakthroughs in Genomics, Genetics et al.

An example is CRISPR/CAS9 and the falling prices of sequencing.

I was wondering if there was a great book that would give me a birds eye view on what's happening in this industry and it's potential impact.
