Colorado Supreme Court rules Trump disqualified from holding presidency

I've wondered why Amendment 14.3 doesn't explicitly list the "President", what it does say is "or hold any office, civil or military"

As a citizen, with the presidency often being called "The highest office in the land", I cannot see how the Office of the President could be seen as excluded from this law. I think the authors of the amendment had every intention that it should apply to the president, I am not a constitutional lawyer (IANACL)

As much as I want that man to be barred from public office, I'm not celebrating.

The federal supreme court will rule in his favour.
