Mailchimp Demanded Pineapple Street Use Non-Union Labor

> On Thursday, the union filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board alleging that Audacy “negotiated in bad faith bargaining in negotiation sessions … by engaging in threatening tactics and surface bargaining.” Audacy declined to comment on the labor charge.

FYI, Mailchimp themselves denies that they demanded this, and the union is suing the podcast production company for using a false premise to propose a workaround on the union. The headline is misleading.
