Has there been any society in the history of civilization that solved homelessness?

Certainly, by definition. A "civilisation" is a body achieving an advanced stage of development and organisation. With shelter and food being at the base of the needs hierarchy, satisfying those would be a least requirement for "advanced".

Yes, there has. It’s not that hard, they just need houses. Which means they need a population that cares. So this is not a physical matter, it’s a spiritual matter. It’s a matter of the heart.

No, I'm just saying that you can't say that you solved homelessness when there are 4000 people homeless(in a country of 5m).

Yes - America. Maybe that is an easier problem to solve since we did that, and we still have homeless people.

Actually, homelessness is easy to solve, but requires distasteful actions by the government, like involuntary commitment.

I’ve been involuntarily committed - my insurance covered a lot of it, but I’m guessing homeless peoples’ health insurance isn’t so good.
