Font Sizes from 4px to 99.9px

Also I created a nice visual bouncy scroll loop in a comment further down.
Inspired by that webpage that didn't close their h2 tags so the font size kept comically increasing
I can't understand why something would be published in that condition - and that it would be considered acceptable and signed off on and stuff :)
Or maybe the page owner never actually visited the website...
a font-size value with decimals may be rounded to the nearest whole number, depending on browser

Yeah at those sizes it's definitely not a hinting artifact or rounding to the nearest integer.
Definitely some kind of bug. I have a hard time imagining what possible mechanism could cause that, though. That's a weird one.
```
var speed_x = 50, speed_y = 2,
step = 20, stop_after = 60 * 1000;
var t = setInterval(function(){
// scrollY faster for larger text
let ymod = 1 + (50 * ((scrollY / scrollMaxY)**2))
window.scrollBy(speed_x, speed_y * ymod)
if ((scrollX >= scrollMaxX) || (scrollX <= 0)){
speed_x = -speed_x
}
if ((scrollY >= scrollMaxY) || (scrollY <= 0)){
speed_y = -speed_y
}
}, step);
setTimeout(function(){clearTimeout(t)}, stop_after)
