This makes me more interested in it. If they were emulating Jira instead, I'd expect it to be deliberately slowed down.
Didn't know Linear before, but indeed it looks like a lot is coming from there, even their terminologies (i.e. "Cycles", etc.). Linear does seem to have more integrations, but less issues (250 max.) on their Free tier.

Which one was first? From memory Linear might outdate Tailwind UI.
Also Linear has been defining in terms of their website design, they have been doing a lot of impactful work.
I am not sure but a ton of companies use Tailwind UI components.
