Ask HN: What kind of AI thin wrappers do you wish was available?

Feels like there's a lot of potential for useful AI thin wrappers, but few are gonna work on on them because they don't make defensible businesses. e.g., thinking about things like using LLMs to sort my email, do internet research, but don't really want to have to maintain something prod ready.
