Librempeg

weird, normally forks at least have some announcement... but first 3 non-trivial commits on the fork were:

avfilter: add aspace filter https://github.com/librempeg/librempeg/commit/d2f6e9bd8352d3...

remove MAINTAINERS https://github.com/librempeg/librempeg/commit/2583c0e7174ad3...

remove GPL-only libpostproc library https://github.com/librempeg/librempeg/commit/a04a02d25ecdb8...

the developers are unsure of what happened either: http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2023-December/31797...
