Why LA vegan restaurants are putting meat back on the menu

Why? Because they say they aren't getting enough business. That's it.

It seems that it would be fairly easy to support both clientele.

Plant-based is not vegan. Vegetarian is not vegan. I say they were never vegan in the first place. You can't be a vegan and be okay with animal exploitation. That's an oxymoron or a paradox or something.

To blow things way out of proportion, this is like if you started a charity, and when you discovered it wouldn't be profitable you turn it into a human trafficking operation. I just can't be convinced that someone who truly cares would suddenly turn evil.
