I recently purchased a 3090 off eBay for AI related work, and saw a listing for custom 22GB 2080 TIs.

Followed the user to their website and apparently this person upgrades the VRAM of the 2080 TIs from 11GB -> 22GB.

Why did this upgrade make the 2080 TI slower than a 2070 super and a 2060?
