Adam Curtis: Social Media Is a Scam (2018)

(2018)? This is a 2021 repost of a (2018) interview.

> With the arrival of Adam Curtis’s new series Can’t Get You out of My Head on BBC iPlayer, we publish editor Tom Hodgkinson’s 2018 interview with the documentary maker

(Side note, Can't Get You Out of My Head massively won me over as a Curtis fan.)

Not new, but interesting to me.

I didn't know Adam Curtis is (or at least was) a BBC employee.

In the interview it says HyperNormalisation cost £32,000 (Wikipedia say $80,000...) which, what ever you might think of it, seems remarkably cheap. Surely can't include his wages!
