Ask HN: UX Challenges Matrix?

I remember seeing a slide at a conference with a matrix of UX challenges, something along the lines of "confused/impaired/disabled" on one axis, and "visual/audio/..." on another axis. Unfortunately, I lost the reference, so can't locate it any more.

Does anyone know where that matrix comes from? Anyone have a link to the original source?
