You're Not Imagining It: Cell Phone Reception Is Getting Worse

The problem in my town is NIMBYism. We need more cell towers badly, but the town is more concerned about how they look. The end result is that a large and well funded suburban community has absolutely awful cell service... but when I bike 20 minutes away towards a more rural area (which is less concerned about cell towers marring their skyline), suddenly I have full bars even on an empty forest backroad.

TL; DR Author is upset about their cheaper Verizon service. (And about price-based rationing after complaining about crowding.)
