Tesla to begin Cybertruck deliveries after Musk tempers expectations

I have two questions:

1. How did it go this wrong? A truck that struggles going uphill, can't carry much load and has a range 270 miles?

2. Who is buying this car despite everything??

r/RealTesla has some close up pictures for those of you who haven't seen it IRL. I have seen school projects with better fit and finish.
